By accessing or purchasing from organic-tek.com, you agree to these terms. They are straightforward because we believe clarity matters more than legal complexity.

What We Sell

Organic Tek produces and sells premium vinyl pattern sheets, faux leather pattern sheets, UVDTF stickers, and 3D printed products. All products are designed and manufactured in-house. Product images are representative of the actual product. Due to the nature of printing, minor variations in color between your screen and the physical product are normal and expected.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Chase payment processing
  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • USD Coin (USDC)
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Prices are subject to change without notice. Completed orders are locked at the price shown at checkout.

Orders and Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships with tracking information. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and content on organic-tek.com are the property of Organic Tek LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission. Products you purchase are for personal use or resale of the physical product only.

Customer Uploads

When you upload a design for custom printing, you represent that you own the rights to that design or have permission to use it. Organic Tek is not responsible for copyright infringement related to customer-submitted designs. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe violates intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Organic Tek LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: March 2026.
