Our Commitment

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

How Returns Work

Orders over $50: We cover return shipping. Contact us for a prepaid return label.

Orders under $50: No need to ship anything back. We will issue a full refund and you keep the product. We would rather you have it than waste materials and shipping on a return.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom orders are evaluated case by case. If we made an error or the product does not match what was agreed upon, we will refund or replace it. If you changed your mind after a custom piece was produced, we will work with you but cannot guarantee a full refund.

Defective Products

If your product has a manufacturing defect (misprint, wrong size, damaged material), we will replace it at no cost to you. Send a photo of the issue to info.organictek@gmail.com and we will ship a replacement immediately.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service or limit refunds if we identify a pattern of abuse. We are a small operation and every order matters. We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return.
