Our Commitment
We stand behind everything we make. If yours arrives defective or doesn't match what was ordered, tell us. We'll fix it.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests after 14 days are not accepted.
What's Eligible
Refunds are issued for:
- Defective products. Manufacturing defect, misprint, wrong size shipped, damaged material.
- Order errors on our end. Wrong item, missing item.
- Lost shipments. Package never delivered per carrier tracking.
To start a claim, email info.organictek@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Photo evidence is required for all defect claims.
How Returns Work
Once we approve the claim, return the product to the address we provide. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the issue is a defect or error on our end, in which case we cover it.
What's Not Eligible
- Change-of-mind returns. Buyer's remorse, color preference, fit preference, or "didn't realize the size" are not refundable.
- Custom and personalized orders. Non-refundable unless we made an error or shipped a defective product. Designs you approved before production are final.
- Refused or abandoned shipments. Packages returned to us because the recipient refused delivery or didn't claim them are not refunded. Shipping costs are not recoverable.
- Damage from use, washing, or installation. We can't refund vinyl that was applied incorrectly or apparel that was washed against care instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. We resolve nearly every issue without involving your card issuer. Customers who file a chargeback without first contacting us forfeit eligibility for future orders.
Abuse
We're a small operation and every order matters. We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit refunds, or require return shipping at the customer's expense if we identify a pattern of abuse.
